Our Team
Kristin Jackson, MD FACOG, MSCP
Dr. Jackson is a board-certified female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgeon, a NAMS-certified menopause specialist, and the founder of Foundations at Maitland, her medical wellness practice. With over 26 years of experience, Dr. Jackson is passionate about helping her patients age amazingly by optimizing health, confidence, and longevity while preventing chronic disease.
Dr. Jackson provides state-of-the-art treatments for hormone optimization, medically supervised weight management, body sculpting, facial rejuvenation, and skin restoration. Her expertise extends to intimate wellness, including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual health concerns. With advanced training in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical approaches, she offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to care.
Dr. Jackson earned her medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia before completing her OB-GYN residency at Abington Memorial Hospital, where she developed a passion for mentoring. Since relocating to Florida in 2003, she has remained dedicated to medical education, serving as Clerkship Director for Florida State University College of Medicine’s Orlando campus since 2004.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Jackson is the host of Ageless and Outrageous, a podcast where she dives into all things anti-aging, hormone health, and longevity, featuring expert interviews and science-backed insights. Through her clinical practice and podcast, she is committed to empowering men and women to take control of their health, look and feel their best, and embrace aging with confidence.
Devin Sholty PA-C
Devin Sholty is a board certified and licensed Physician Associate (PA) who completed her masters in PA studies at the Florida State University College of Medicine Physician Associate Program in Tallahassee, FL. Prior to becoming a PA, Devin graduated with honors from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL and received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a concentration in molecular microbiology. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies, Devin dedicated much of her time to academic research. She has contributed to publications for her research in immunology, molecular microbiology, and clinical dermatology. Additionally, Devin studied Spanish literature at La Universidad de Castilla la-Mancha in Cuenca, Spain. She is fluent in Spanish and has served as a medical translator in numerous clinical settings. Furthermore, Devin volunteered much of her time as a medical aid in OB/GYN in Honduras and Mobile, AL.
Devin has spent the past year practicing family medicine and looks forward to shifting her focus to her primary passion for women’s health. The Women in Medicine organization named her among the ‘Most Influential Women in Medicine’ in 2022. Devin’s clinical goal is to improve quality of life of each patient through comprehensive and collaborative care with the patient’s individual needs at the center of each decision. While continuing to provide excellent patient care, Devin plans to sharpen her knowledge and skills within urogynecology with a particular interest in urinary incontinence and sexual health.
Outside of medicine, Devin enjoys skiing, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. However, most of all, she enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Roscoe. Devin is excited to be a part of the team at Advanced Urogynecology and Foundations at Maitland. She looks forward to meeting and working closely with each of you!
Leanne Postlmayr, APRN
Leanne, an Orlando native & doctorate-certified nurse practitioner, graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. During her undergraduate studies she was active in the National Student Nurses Association and a nursing internship at the Orlando VA Medical Center. During her 8+ year career at the Orlando VA hospital, Leanne gained valuable experience in long-term care, surgical prep and recovery, inpatient medical and inpatient surgical care as both a bedside and charge nurse. Her commitment to patient care inspired her to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner to bring the compassion of bedside nursing to the provider role.
She returned to UCF to obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a focus on family practice. During her nurse practitioner training, Leanne rotated through a diverse range of specialties including family medicine, gerontologic care, general surgery, pediatrics and women’s health. She found her clinical experience in women’s health especially meaningful, inspiring her to dedicate herself to the field. She is now board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is well-equipped through years of clinical education and professional experience to provide high-quality patient care across the lifespan.
Throughout her career, Leanne has found fulfillment in educating and empowering patients in their care. Leanne values a trusting patient-provider relationship that allows patients to feel comfortable, informed, valued, and heard. She is devoted to delivering individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve urogynecologic health as well as look and feel their best through aesthetic medicine.
Outside of the office, Leanne enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and corgi named Moose. She also loves fishing, scuba diving, hiking, Disney trips and home projects.
Paige Cupp, PA-C
Paige Cupp is a board-certified physician associate and proud Florida native with a lifelong passion for helping people look and feel their best. Her journey in healthcare began in 2007 when she became a medical assistant at a dermatology practice in Gainesville, FL where she quickly developed a love for medicine and aesthetics. During this time, she also became a licensed medical aesthetician and earned a master’s degree in health science from the University of South Florida while working toward her goal of becoming a PA. Since then, she has continued to stay at the forefront of advanced, state-of-the-art aesthetic and wellness treatments.
Paige earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors. For the past eight years, Paige specialized in minimally invasive vein surgery to treat painful symptoms of varicose veins and leg swelling. She takes pride in providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes that educating patients is the foundation of lasting health and confidence. Her years of experience as a PA have lead her to shift her focus to women’s health, particularly in hormone optimization, as well as deliver advanced aesthetic treatments again.
Since becoming a new mom, Paige has developed a deep appreciation for the changes women experience through different seasons of life. She is especially passionate about helping women understand their hormones, restore balance, and feel their best — inside and out.
When she’s not caring for patients, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband and their 11-month-old son, strength training, and going on walks with her little one. She is excited to join the team at Advanced Urogynecology and Foundations at Maitland, and looks forward to providing each patient with comprehensive, personalized care.
